Return Policy

You may return most undamaged items purchased at MoraCo Imports within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

MoraCo Imports accepts orders from the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipped within Illinois are required by law to pay sales tax on their purchases. There is no sales tax for purchases shipped to any other state.
Customers of MoraCo Imports agree that all billing and registration information you provide on the Site will be accurate and complete. If you provide us with false or incomplete information you will be in breach of this agreement.
Although MoraCo Imports aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee this. In the event that an item sold on this Site is listed or priced incorrectly, due to a technical or typographical error, MoraCo Imports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said items. This will hold true even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after a customer’s credit card has already been charged MoraCo Imports will issue you a full credit.
